INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

1/2 oz. Soho Lychee Liqueur

1/4 Kinsen Original Plum Wine

1/2 oz. Honey Syrup

1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

3 Strawberry Slices

3 Cucumber Slices

10 Mint Leaves

PREPARATION:

Combine VEEV and all other ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and double strain into glass then float the garnish on top.

GARNISH:

1 Strawberry Slice, 1 Cucumber Slice and a Mint Leaf

Coupe

INSPIRATION:

My inspiration was the VEEV and how it can easily bring balance, harmony and uniqueness to a fun mix of summer flavors.
