INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 oz. VEEV

3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup

PREPARATION:

Rosemary Simple Syrup:

1 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup Water, bring to boil in a saucepan, add 1/2 Cup Rosemary, remove from heat. Let steep 1 hour, strain and chill.

Meyer Lemon Rim:

Zest from 1 Meyer Lemon, 2 tbsp. of Sugar, mix. Let the zest dry out for a better rim. Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into frozen Martini Glass.

GARNISH:

Meyer Lemon Rim and Rosemary Sprig

GLASSWARE:

Frozen Martini Glass
