Jesse’s Own Signature Cocktail: Monkey Business

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Monkey Shoulder Scotch
• 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
• 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
• Bar spoon of Fernet Branca
• Orange peel

Preparation: Add all spirits into a mix glass. Add ice and stir 4o revolutions. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express the orange peel oils over the drink. Rub the rim and drop the peel in and serve.
